Our client, South32, is a global mining and metals company managing a diverse portfolio of operations in Australia.
The objective of this project was to assist South32 with the data migration to their new Capital Portfolio System, which is responsible for managing their projects. The initiative involved transforming legacy data, managing discrepancies, ensuring system integrity, and optimising workflows within the new system. Our expertise facilitated a seamless migration process, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with system rules. Beyond migration, we continued to support South32 by working with their team to enhance system functionalities, optimise workflows, automate reporting processes, and improve data management.
Business Challenge
