AutoFilter Show All
By Neale Blackwood
Excel’s AutoFilter feature is great for filtering Data lists in Excel. When you have a number of filters in place you may want to view the whole Data list again. To easily see the full list Excel has an option that removes all filters in one go.
The active cell needs to be within the Data list for these to work.
Excel 2007 – In the Data Ribbon, in the Sort & Filter section, click Clear. You can right click the Clear button to add it to the Quick Access Toolbar if you use this button frequently
Excel 2003 – Click the Data menu and click Filter and then select Show All. You can customise your toolbar and add the Show All button to the toolbar if you use this frequently.
