At Access Analytic, we are committed to responsibly influencing both society and the environment, whilst maintaining the highest of governance standards.
Environmental Initiatives
- Green Energy: In partnership with Synergy, we rely solely on green energy from renewable sources.
- Waste Management: A commitment to recycling all e-waste, toner cartridges and wastepaper is in place to minimise our ecological footprint.
- Energy Efficiency: Our transition to energy-efficient devices aids in reducing overall power consumption.
- Flexible Work Arrangements: Employees are encouraged to utilise telecommuting options and to use public transport for commuting wherever possible, thereby further reducing our overall carbon footprint.
- Air Travel: It is our policy to pay the additional amount required to obtain carbon credits to offset the emissions for our air travel wherever possible.
Social Responsibility
- Staff Satisfaction & well-being: In addition to regular performance reviews, we regularly engage our staff through satisfaction and well-being surveys to solicit feedback on how we can improve and to ensure we are continuing to provide a fulfilling work environment.
- Diversity & Inclusion: we do not believe that targets provide the best outcomes however we encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds for any role, and our selection criteria focus solely on securing the best talent.
- Community & Professional Engagement:
Our current activities include:- Co-Chairing the Perth Power BI & Financial Modelling Meetups.
- Providing the Chair & Administrator roles for the Quorum business networking group.
- Regular contributors to the CPA, CA, and other business conferences, as well as a wide variety of webinars, and breakfasts.
- One of our directors is a Microsoft Excel MVP and actively shares his expertise via YouTube.
- Many of our staff also share their knowledge via LinkedIn and other online platforms.
- Philanthropy:
- We support a wide variety of non-profit organisations spanning sectors including environmental conservation, the arts, social impact, those with disabilities, children, women’s rights, science, education, animal welfare and more. Some of the charities and community initiatives we support include:

- Our directors serve on the board of the Climbers Association of WA and act as Ambassadors for Opportunity International.
- We also provide marketing and event management support to Opportunity International.

Governance
- Ethical Conduct: Our ethical standards are aligned with the code of ethics set forth by the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
- Regulatory Compliance: Governance structures are in place to ensure full compliance with governmental regulations.
- Director Education: Our directors are encouraged to enhance their governance capabilities through courses offered by the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
- Board Composition: We don’t set quotas for board composition; instead, our focus is on acquiring the most competent individuals for these roles.
