Where we’re going
Our vision is to create a world where every business, regardless of size or industry, can harness the full potential of their data to make smarter, more effective decisions. This is built on the foundation belief that data literacy and data-driven decision-making are crucial for business success in the modern world.
We believe in doing business sustainably, being inclusive and socially responsible, and working to the highest ethical and governance standards (ESG Statement).
Our Core Assumptions and Values
We assume that:
- We are all adults
- We are responsible for our choices and behaviours
- We are self-regulating
- We all want to work here
- We are professional. This means we are honest, respectful, trustworthy and have integrity
Our Core Values are:
- Community: it’s important to participate in office events, be present in the office frequently, help each other, and be friendly
- Humility: it’s perfectly OK for us to ask for help, and admit we don’t understand or have all the answers. We always want to acknowledge others and look for opportunities to promote them.
- Passion: working at Access Analytic is more than just a job … our consultants love what they do! They develop their skills and share their knowledge, yet balance this with taking time to enjoy life too.
If this resonates with you, come and do something you love … with us!
What we offer
We are a nimble, low “red-tape”, highly professional but fun organisation. We pride ourselves on our expertise and being the type of people who want to help clients solve their problems.
Our Senior Business Analyst remuneration packages include a great bonus scheme, additional holidays based on length of service, high spec laptop, phone allowances, plus free access to an on-site pool & gym.
Our bonus scheme means that the best analysts and consultants could earn significant amounts in addition to their base salary, which makes for an incredibly competitive package.
Our Analysts have a lot of autonomy and independence too so it’s almost like you’re running your own business inside ours … except you have a safety net.
We put a lot of emphasis on training and the development of each person in both technical and soft skills.
For the right candidate, this could be a path to becoming your own boss with an ownership stake in the business.
