Columns to Rows and Rows to Columns Challenge

In this month’s challenge we have a couple of key challenges to face:

• We have a double row heading, the top row of which is merged
• These merged “Department” headings need to become row items and we need to filter out variance
• We have a Year and Month number column that we need to convert into an “end of month” date (assume Month 1 is January )
• We have Base Case and Worst Case that we need to extract, add a space and then split into 2 separate columns
• Remove the Total
